No, I guess I have to say I’m not OK

I’ve been lonely, stressed and trying to work through it. I’ve had trouble with the holidays for a long time. I thought this year would be easier, but I was wrong. Now Valentines is coming it was a real special time for me once. I miss y’all but I just can’t muster what it takes to be up.

I’m within a few months of probable foreclosure on my home, and I can’t even begin to fathom how to begin to pack. If I can’t keep my american express account alive I’ll loose this web site and everything I have on it. This Mac is incompatible with Go Daddy. I can’t even back it up or even get onto Satin & Leather or the other sub-sites I tried to get up. I can’t even update pattysgallery.com main site that I intended to be a home for all my artwork… Now that I’ll probably loose it I guess that’s moot.

I love my job, but I have so much to learn and waning energy. I’m not a savvy political animal when it comes to actual US politics (yeah I can run rings around the politics of a hospital) but my current job requires a whole different skill (and knowledge) set. Needless to say I’m stressed by the changes in that department of my life too.

AND I’ve let my friends down. I owe, I owe, I owe. There it is.

Here’s a very old vanilla image that’s actually quite a large painting…. will the wind or the sand bury the once sturdy tree 1st? It’s been on my mind a lot these days.

No promises about when WW or Lindy’s choice will update now. There are just too many things going on that are taking my attention away from fun.

I’m sorry.

Love
patty

    Dear Patty:

I wondered if you were sick or having problems of another kind. Maybe some of both. I am so sorry about your difficulties! I wish I could help you, but we are too far apart, and I am too old for much travel. But know that I have missed you. Your writing and artistic talents are great! I wandered into Kink.com the other day and saw some drawings that looked sort of familiar. I looked and one of them had Patty 06 on it. Reading further I found that they had commissioned the drawings from you.

I know that I will miss your writing and your BLOG. I really wanted to know how WW and Lindy turned out. I will survive without them, and I sincerely hope that you will get back up and go on with your life, w/ or w/o finishing them. Please don’t give up anything that you don’t absolutely have to give up. Not for us, but for you. You know that at this point your wellbeing is the most important thing you have to attend to. So attend to it. The rest is of lesser importance. You are strong, so use that strength. Don’t let your weaknesses pull you down. I firmly believe that the Lord will help you if you let Him. Please let Him!

I wouldn’t recognise you on the street, but I’ve read every thing you’ve written that I could find and I think that I know enough about you to know that you are strong enough to survive this. I expect that you will return to writing and art someday and I hope it’s soon enough that I will see it. You have my email address; let me know when you come back. I’m sure you will be back.
    Love and hugs’
    George

Your wonderful drawing were some of the first discoveries I made on the web concerning this whole thing we do. I am sorry to hear that you are another victim of the whole US economy under pressure phenomenon.

I have sent you a personal gMail.

    Thanks and hugs.

    Peter

Patty, I am so sorry for how things are going for you just now. I have been struggling with many of the same feelings and challenges. It is not easy…but there is always hope…though it is so hard sometimes to see it and to hold it inside so it brings strength.

I just want to suggest that you ask the community for help about backing up your site and your artwork. It is a treasure to you and all who read here. I am sure that you will find that help too. I for one would be happy to back up your artwork into a file. I am sure that you could import the posts back to the free version of wordpress too. Take heart dear lady…it can be solved.

Please don’t give up, things can turn round for you, hang on in there. :)
Try and take good care of yourself.
Sending you love, positive thoughts and strength.

    Dear Patty
Although I have been mostly a lurker, i have been following your writing and drawing since before everything blew up a few years ago. I am so sorry for your troubles. You have so many talents. However, you don’t owe anyone except yourself anything. Do what you need to to heal yourself.

I am not a young woman and until I found your website and others similar (but not as good :) ) I always though my spanking kink was a perversion. In fact I was in therapy about it at one time…altho’ it didn’t cure the kink. So, I guess I owe you for making me feel better about myself.

    Take care of yourself, Patty.
    Sharon

I think your site is fantastic. I am a male sub who likes to switch, but have recently moved. I had a spanker and used to like playing school role play. Have been without a partner for a few years now, so mostly end up either self spanking/caning. My obsession started in my youth, my mother and father spanked me and I always seemed to get the cane at school. I most definitely get turned on by a woman spanking me. I think the pics of the blow job.

Take care and keep up the good work.

Patty, I read the comment about your foreclosure. I am a Realtor and can tell you that doing nothing will not make the situation better. There are a number of options available to you such a s short sale or deed in lieu of or maybe even a loan modification. Although I am located in another state I could provide you with a referral in the area. Feel free to write me at mrstern53@aol.com.
